Tropical Sorbet For PCOS
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is more than a hormone imbalance—it’s a full-body condition influenced by inflammation, insulin resistance, digestive health, and stress response. This vibrant PCOS Sorbet delivers a spoonful of real support using strawberries, mango, pineapple, papaya, and a dash of maple syrup—each carefully selected to help calm the storm within.
Unlike traditional sorbets loaded with refined sugars, this one is naturally sweetened, mineral-rich, and 100% dairy-free—making it both skin- and hormone-friendly.

Tropical Sorbet
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Mixed Tropical fruit
Optional: 2 TBSP of Maple Syrup
What you need
I used my Nama J2 and added the Sorbet attachment. If you do not have a Nama try using a food processor. You likely will have to add a little liquid to get it to a smooth consistency.
Freeze any leftovers for later.
